We had a great week this past week with lots and lots of kids!!
I was in charge of Crafts again this year, and I had a blast finding some fun crafts!!
Here is what we did:
Day 1 : Sand Art {to go with the story when God held back river and dried it up so Joshua could cross}
Day 2 : Frames w/lots of glitter {God is in control of Everything, with a picture of each child in their frame}
Day 3: Transparencies with Faith verse & cross (colored with Sharpies) {We have faith to trust Jesus dies for our sins}
Day 4: Painted Wooden Crosses {Jesus conquered death on the cross}
Day 5: Clay Pendants {The disciples/Apostles did what God told them to do : tell others} – Preschoolers made these airplanes into Sky Writers with a message attached.
Such a fun week – and lots of happy kids!! The best part? 4 kids gave their lives to Christ – changed lives!! Hoping this change spreads into their families too!!
